Be a Vendor at the 2026 Monroe Festival

Join us for a full day of local flavor, festive fun, and unforgettable experiences at the 2026 Monroe Festival! We invite artisans, crafters, food trucks, wineries, breweries, and distilleries to be part of this exciting event filled with live music, DJ, outdoor axe throwing, kids’ fishing derby, festival passport, and much more!
Whether you’re showcasing handmade goods, serving up food from your truck, or offering tastings of locally crafted wine, beer, or spirits — the Monroe Festival is your chance to connect with a vibrant, supportive community.

Vendor Categories & Fees
- Artisans & Crafters Booth – $50 (Handcrafted goods only – no direct sales or alcohol)
- Food Truck Space – $50 (Include dimensions with your application)
- Winery/Brewery/Distillery Booth – $50 (Alcohol tastings & sales require proof of insurance)
- Informational/Non-Profit Booth – $50 (No sales; info sharing only)
Vendor Categories & Fees
- Setup Time: Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 6:30 AM–9:00 AM (Note: In shifts, directed by the Vendor Coordinator)
- Festival Hours: Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Teardown: Must be complete by 8:00 PM on Saturday, May 16, 2026
- Canopy Anchors Required: 10 lbs minimum per leg (40 lbs total)
Vendors are responsible for their own booth furnishings and cleanup. No power or water hookups provided.

To apply, please complete and submit the following:

Waiver of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement
Payment of $50 Booth Fee via Check or Venmo
Certificate of Insurance (if required)
Deadline to submit your completed Vendor Application is

Important Dates
- Application Deadline: Wednesday, April 15, 2026
- Last Day for Refunds: Saturday, May 2, 2026
- Festival Day: Saturday, May 16, 2026
Vendor Guidelines Summary
- Booths must remain open from 10 AM – 6 PM
- No drugs, drug paraphernalia, or unauthorized alcohol sales
- All permits and insurance are the vendor’s responsibility
- The Business Association of Monroe and The City of Monroe are not responsible for vendor property
