2023 Artisan/Crafter & Food Truck Vendor Information

Welcome to the third annual 2023 Monroe Festival in Monroe, Oregon, and thank you for your interest in being an artisan/crafter or food truck vendor! Please read the vendor information letter, available with the vendor packet, as a downloadable PDF, before completing and mailing your application and waiver of liability forms to us.

*Note, there are two downloadable vendor packets, one for food trucks and one for artisan/crafters. Please make sure you download and complete the appropriate one that applies to you for the festival.

We welcome artisan/crafter and food truck vendors who provide local, unique food and products. Our goal is to select an array of vendors so as not to duplicate types of food or merchandise sold at the festival.

All vendors will be notified of acceptance on a rolling basis. If your application is accepted, we will email you then deposit your vendor check. Additional information will be emailed to you upon acceptance. If your application is denied, we will email you and your check will be returned promptly.

If you have any questions about the Monroe Festival vendor application process, please send an email to festivalsandevents@ci.monroe.or.us or call Monroe City Hall at 541-847-5175.

The deadline for all completed Artisan/Crafter and Food Truck applications to be postmarked is FRIDAY, JUNE 16TH, 2023.
