Welcome to the home of Paradise Shaved Ice located in Junction City, OR.  We operate shaved ice trailers within 60 miles of Eugene, Oregon at events from April to October.  Events include fairs, festivals, corporate picnics, employee appreciation days, sports tournaments, and the 2008 U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials in Eugene, OR.

We take pride in producing great shave ice and offer 23 hand mixed flavors using only 100% pure cane sugar. We have the ability to use completely sustainable/eco-friendly containers and utensils upon request.
